At Intersport Elverys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a re-sellable condition.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

  Choose Your Return Method

  You can return your order for free to any Intersport Elverys store nationwide, or ship it back to our warehouse via An Post or your preferred courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
